Route after backwashing / By product type · shade · grade
- a Short route → Direct delivery, packed and shipped / Ball winding WPF-CQ ∥ Coiling WPF-PT / (pre-owned available · enquire for details)
- b Standard route (mainstream for high grades) → Top blending
- c Printing branch (melange) → Vigoureux printing WPF-MTYH / Printed at intervals along the top → melange after spinning
What happens to the tops after backwashing — how do I route them by product type, shade and grade?
After backwashing, tops route down one of three paths by product type, shade and grade: the short route delivers tops directly, packed and shipped, or first shaped by ball winding (WPF-CQ) or coiling (WPF-PT) — pre-owned units available on enquiry; the standard route (mainstream for high grades) blends the tops before further combing; the printing branch runs tops through vigoureux printing (WPF-MTYH), dyed at intervals along the strand so spun yarn shows a melange effect.
